Japanese Sushi

Japanese sushi is the most common and well known cuisine from Japan. Sushi was developed in Japan with the common staple foods and ingredients found in Japan. It is a healthy and tasty alternative when it comes to food. Sushi has a healthy balance of rice, vegetables and protein.

The typical sushi roll includes sticky rice which has been cooked in a traditional way, seafood and vegetables wrapped in seaweed. A bamboo mat is used to help roll the sushi and keep all the ingredients in place. Now there are many varieties of sushi available every where in the world.
